Industrial Engineering Students Visit Mercedes-Benz Türk Production Facilities

Within the scope of the WIN302 Marketing and Production Management course, industrial engineering students visited the production facilities of Mercedes-Benz Türk on 9 December 2025, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Thomas Hofmann.
The program began with lunch and continued with a company presentation and briefings on occupational safety, health, and environmental protection. Afterwards, the students took part in a plant tour, during which they had the opportunity to observe the production processes and assembly lines on site.
During the visit, they were able to gain insights into key topics of industrial engineering, including production management, process design, and lean practices in an operational environment.
