International Impulses for TDU

Prof. Dr. Thomas Hofmann took part in the 11th DAAD Summer University, held in cooperation with the Forum Internationale Wissenschaft of the University of Bonn. Under the guiding theme "Universities in Times of Upheaval: Aspirations and Their Challenges," international scholars discussed current challenges facing higher education institutions – ranging from internationalization to academic freedom to artificial intelligence.
With his talk "AI – Curse or Blessing?", Prof. Dr. Hofmann brought the perspective of the Turkish-German University into the discussion. The international exchange provided valuable input for the further development of internationalization and digital teaching at TGU, while also strengthening the university's international network.
