Prof. Mehmet Ali Soytaş the article " Extreme Weather and Demand: An Empirical Study on the Turkish Air Conditioner Market" is published in national TR indexed " Journal of Management and Economics Research". In this article, the interdependence between the extreme temperatures and the AC demand is investigated for temporal and cross-sectional variation, as well as climatic and socio-economic differences at the city level using a dynamic fixed effects (DFE) model and a co-integration framework.
