New publication: "Performance evaluation of reverse logistics in food supplychains in a circular economy using system dynamics"

Written by our Chair of Industrial Engineering department Dr. Yaşanur Kayıkcı together with researchers from Yaşar University (Prof. Dr. Yigit Kazancoglu, Dr. Esra Ekinci, RA Mürüvvet Deniz Sezer) and Plymouth University in England (Prof. Sachin K. Mangla), the article "Performance evaluation of reverse logistics in food supplychains in a circular economy using system dynamics" is published in WOS-SCI Q1 indexed Business Strategy and the Environment.
The study develops a system dynamics model to analyze the environmental impact of reverse logistics activities and compares the environmental performance of these activities and validates the proposed model with a case study in the context of a food supply chain.
